FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

VISITING A CHURCH SHOULD BE AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE! GET ACQUAINTED WITH GRACE CHURCH HERE.

What time are your services and how long are they?

We have two Sunday morning services: one at 8:30AM and one at 11:00AM. Each service typically runs about one hour (give or take a few depending on who’s preaching).

What should I wear?

Come as you are! At Grace, you will see anything from casual to Sunday’s best. What you wear isn’t really important, as long as you wear something!

What kinds of things do you do in your services?

Typically, our services include music and singing, a message, an opportunity to give an offering, and prayer. Sometimes, there might be a video, a choir special, or a guest speaker.

What’s the music like?

Each service reflects a different style of music. First service music is a mixture of hymns and modern worship music with an acoustic band and second service music is contemporary worship songs with a full worship band (drums included). The message is the same, so choose the worship style that best fits you!

Is Grace on social media?

We definitely are! You can follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates, encouragement, and our livestreamed Sunday service (Facebook only).

What classes or groups do you have for adults?

We offer quite a few options for adults to get plugged in. There are two different adult Sunday School classes during the 9:45AM bible study hour. Our women’s ministry has two Bible studies, one Tuesday evenings at 6:00PM and one Thursday mornings at 9:00AM. Our REFRESH Adult Ministry also meets Wednesday evenings, but at 6:30PM. And Grace offers various Life Groups at various times and locations.
Check out more on our Adult Ministries here, or contact Pastor Guy at 928.636.2949 for more information.

Do you have anything for kids?

We sure do! On Sunday morning during the 11:00AM service, we have nursery for ages 0-4, with a room for infants and a room for our toddlers. We also have Sunday School classes during the 9:45AM bible study hour and 11:00AM service for kids in kindergarten through fifth grade.

What about middle school and high school age?

We offer Sunday School for our middle school and high school students during the 9:45AM bible study hour. We also have youth group every Thursday at 6:30PM for 6th-12th grade.

What about college age?

Glad you asked! We have a college age ministry that meets every Monday evening at 5:30PM for dinner and a study.

Can I listen to sermons online?

Sure can! Within our Sermons & Media tab, you will find our Current Sermon Series and our Archived Sermons! Feel free to watch the sermon video or just listen to the audio (which you can even download and save for later). You are even able to access sermon notes to follow along with. Every Sunday’s sermon is always posted the following Tuesday.

Would you believe that you can even watch our Sunday Services Live! That’s right, you can watch our 8:30AM and 11:00AM service as it’s happening every Sunday morning.

Do you have a church app?

We definitely do! Our app allows you to watch or listen to the latest sermons (with notes), access the Bible in a few different versions, and even give to the church directly through the app.
If you have an iPhone, click here.
If you have an Android, click here.
Or search “Grace Church – Chino Valley” in your app store!
Sorry to say, but our church app currently isn’t available for Kindle/Amazon devices.

Do you have anything to help the hard of hearing or deaf community?

Assisted listening devices are available during services and events at the sound booth at the back of the Worship Center. We have an ASL interpreter at our 11:00AM service.

How big is Grace?
Typically, we have about 450 on a Sunday morning spread across our three services. Our Student Ministry averages around 40 students and our children’s ministry has around 30 kiddos!
